How do I download my resume?
Open your resume in the builder and press Download PDF. Your first PDF on the free plan is clean; later free PDFs have a small "Made with Lettr" line at the bottom. Pro removes it and adds Word (.docx) and Google Drive.
Can I import the resume I already have?
Yes. Create a free account, then upload a PDF or Word file from your dashboard. Lettr fills in the sections for you to check and edit.
What does the resume score check?
Your contact details, summary, how your bullets are written (action verbs and numbers), education and skills. Lettr's notes tell you what to fix next.
How does the ATS score work?
Open the ATS score tab in the builder. Lettr checks what applicant tracking systems care about: a readable layout, contact details, clear dates, numbers in your bullets and more. Paste a job post to add keyword matching, and ask the analyst for rewrites. Add only what's true for you.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open the billing portal from your dashboard. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your dashboard and use Delete my account at the bottom. This removes your account and your resumes.
